Thirty years of stories. Finally in print.
A personalized retirement comic about their career: the legendary moments, the running jokes, the day they finally clock out. Their face on the cover, room for the whole team to sign inside.
Personalized retirement comic book
Better than a watch
A watch says thank you. A custom retirement comic says we remember: the outage they fixed at 2 a.m., the nickname that stuck for a decade, the meeting nobody will ever forget. Ten pages, their real face, drawn as the calm hero walking away from an office erupting in confetti.
Collect stories from the team, paste them in, and we weave them into one plot. The graphic-novel style makes a grown-up book; classic American makes them a superhero. The printed comic has a dedication page with room for everyone to sign, which is the part they will read twice.
Order the printed book three weeks before the retirement party so the team has time to sign it. The digital comic is ready the same day for the slideshow.

- The greatest hits. The disasters they fixed, the nicknames, the meeting that will never be forgotten.

The Last Shift: the retiree walks calmly away from the office as it erupts in confetti and spreadsheets.
A career retold as a superhero saga, one decade per chapter, with the boss as a recurring villain.
The retiree trains their replacement in a montage that goes spectacularly wrong.
Day one of retirement: they discover their real superpower is fishing, or golf, or grandkids.
What to put in it
Four things that make a retirement comic land.
- Ask five coworkers for one story each. Five stories make a ten-page comic.
- Put their retirement plan in the last panel: the boat, the garden, the grandkids.
- Use the real office nicknames. They are the punchlines.
- Order two printed copies: one for them, one for the break room.
How it works
Three steps to their retirement comic.
Upload their photos
One or two clear shots per person. They become the characters and stay recognizable on every page.
Tell us the story
Their career highlights, the office legends, or day one of retirement as an adventure. A sentence is enough; we write the script.

Reviews
From people who gave one.
I cannot wait to give this to my husband! He's gonna be so excited to read it to our son at bedtime. Great quality! I love that he gave a preview before printing and shipping. He noticed that my son's hair was different and suggested we update it. He focused on all the little details and did an amazing job. 1000/10 recommend!!

Personalized retirement comic book: the questions people ask.
What is a good personalized retirement gift from coworkers?
A comic book about their career, signed by the team. It costs less than a group watch and gets read a lot more.
Can we include stories from several people?
Yes. Paste them all into the story prompt and we weave them into one plot. Coworkers can appear as characters too.
Can we show it at the party?
Yes. The digital comic can be shared by link or dropped into a slideshow the same day.
Is the printed book signable?
Yes. The dedication page inside the cover is designed for it, and the glossy cover takes a marker well.
Prefer to have it made for you?
Our white-glove service on Etsy does the whole thing by hand: send the photos and the story, we write, illustrate and proof it with you before printing. Order on Etsy.
